Do you need a degree to become an iad real estate consultant?
No, no real estate degree is required to join us. Thanks to IAD France's in-house training academy, you will learn every aspect of the job step by step: legal framework, property valuation, negotiation, marketing, and digital tools. What makes the difference is your thoroughness, interpersonal skills, and drive to succeed. All the technical and professional skills can be learned with us.
How much does an iad France real estate consultant earn?
Your income is directly tied to your activity, with no cap: the more transactions you close, the more your revenue grows. As an independent iad agent, you earn between 70% and 99% of commission fees on every completed sale. Depending on dedication, prospecting, and individual goals, earnings can start at 500 € per month and exceed 10 000 € monthly for the most committed. You are the architect of your own success.
How does mentorship work day to day?
Right from onboarding, I personally mentor you in the field (prospecting, valuations, client meetings). At the same time, you benefit from ongoing training and the backing of a supportive network of over 16 000 advisors.
